DRINKS
Saint Veran
This cheese has a very creamy texture and needs a wine to match that making this buttery Chardonnay perfect. The oak flavour really compliments the truffle flavour layered within the cheese.
Gevrey-Chambertin
This cheese has a real elegance about it, with a hint of luxury from the truffles. This wine will match the elegance whilst going well with the brie itself. The low tannins and subtle flavours won't overpower but will also help the truffle sing.
PORT & DESSERT WINE
If in doubt recommend a glass of port or dessert wine.
Both of these are good all-rounders for a cheese board with different cheeses.
