DRINKS

Pouilly-Fumé

This goat's cheese is from Loire valley, as is Pouilly-Fumé, and what grows together, goes together. The acidity in this wine will work well against the tangy notes in the goat's cheese.

Chateau Des Gravieres

There is something about this wine that just works, when it comes to goat cheese. This Bordeaux is bold enough to work with the strong flavours whilst the cassis notes compliment the tangy, salty flavour.

PORT & DESSERT WINE

If in doubt recommend a glass of port or dessert wine.

Both of these are good all-rounders for a cheese board with different cheeses.
