DRINKS
Saint Veran
This cheese is very creamy and buttery (sound familiar?). With a very subtle flavour we need a wine that will match the texture, without taking the flavour away making this Chardonnay perfect.
Pinot Noir
Due to the delicate flavour of this cheese, we need a light red, low in tannins to really bring the flavour of the cheese to the forefront. The fruity notes will also compliment the flavour. Both wine and cheese come from Burgundy.
PORT & DESSERT WINE
If in doubt recommend a glass of port or dessert wine.
