Pinot Noir

This soft cheese has a big flavour; however, a light wine is needed to compliment it without overpowering and keeping the cheese the hero. The cherry and berry notes compliment the flavour well.

Saint Veran

This cheese not only has a great flavour but a gorgeous creamy texture to match. This Chardonnay with refreshing flavours also has a buttery/creamy texture that will work well with this cheese.

PORT & DESSERT WINE

If in doubt recommend a glass of port or dessert wine.

Both of these are good all-rounders for a cheese board with different cheeses.
