Chateau Des Gravieres
There is something about this wine that just works, when it comes to blue cheese. This Bordeaux is bold enough to work with the strong flavours whilst the cassis notes compliment the tangy, salty flavour.
Picpoul
Due to the strong, salty notes in the cheese, we need a white wine with good acidity levels to help cleanse the palate and cut through the high fat levels in this cheese.
PORT & DESSERT WINE
