About the dish

Scrambled eggs served with rich Boudin Noir and crispy French streaky bacon, accompanied by sautéed chestnut mushrooms and two slices of toasted brioche for a satisfying finish.

150ml Scrambled Egg mix (5oz)

10g Butter

pinch of table salt & cracked black pepper

1 pinch Chives – chopped

1 ptn Cooked Boudin noir

3 slices French streaky bacon

1 ptn Sautéed chestnut mushrooms

2 slices Brioche - Toasted

This lightly sparkling wine with flavours of dough,  yeast and toast will match beautifully with the  enriched brioche.

Although this breakfast has a lot going on (in a  good way), why not suggest a warm pastry for  afterwards? You could even suggest a sausage  or some potatoes to have with it.
