About the dish

Toasted seeded sourdough bread is drizzled with olive oil and adorned with creamy smashed avocado, vibrant cherry tomatoes on the vine, and a subtle kick from a pinch of dried chilli flakes. A finishing touch of mixed micro salad adds a burst of freshness, creating a harmonious medley of flavours and textures. For vegetarians, we’ve included two poached eggs with a pinch of Maldon salt and cracked black pepper.

10ml Olive oil

100g Smashed Avocado

1 small Pinch dried chilli flakes

2 each Poached eggs (optional)

A Bloody Mary is a good recommendation for  guests here, the slightly earthy tomato flavours  match with those in the dish, whilst the spice adds  an extra kick.

This is a small breakfast so a nice small coffee will  go nicely, making the flat white a perfect little pick  me up in the morning to accompany this gorgeous  breakfast.

Why not suggest a nice warm pastry to have  afterwards, for the guests who might still be a  little peckish or a yoghurt bowl for something  more refreshing.
