About the dish
Toasted seeded sourdough bread is drizzled with olive oil and adorned with creamy smashed avocado, vibrant cherry tomatoes on the vine, and a subtle kick from a pinch of dried chilli flakes. A finishing touch of mixed micro salad adds a burst of freshness, creating a harmonious medley of flavours and textures. For vegetarians, we’ve included two poached eggs with a pinch of Maldon salt and cracked black pepper.
