About the dish

Smoked salmon paired with fluffy scrambled eggs cooked in unsalted butter. Seasoned with a pinch of Maldon salt and cracked black pepper, the eggs rest on two slices of toasted Seeded Sourdough. Serve with a lemon wedge and a sprinkle of mixed micro salad for a burst of freshness.

70g Smoked salmon

150ml Scrambled Egg mix (5oz)

10g Butter

pinch of table salt & cracked black pepper

2 slices Seeded sourdough

1 each Lemon wedge

2g Mixed micro salad

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs is a classic breakfast that guests love. Our smoked salmon is really, really special. It is Severn Wye salmon (from Gloucestershire), which is a really good quality salmon.
