About the dish

A delightful assortment featuring a small butter madeleine, accompanied by a zesty lemon macaron, bursting with citrus flavour and a pistachio & chocolate profiterole, and drizzled with rich chocolate sauce. Garnished with fresh raspberry and mint chiffonade for a burst of freshness. Served with a guest’s choice of hot drink.

1 each Pistachio profiterole (Filled with 10g pistachio ganache & topped with 8g chocolate sauce)

A café gourmand is an espresso and a selection of petits fours (mini desserts) served together. In our selection are madeleines, macarons, and profiteroles, served with a guest's choice of hot drink. Madeleines are very small sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-like shape acquired from being baked in pans with shell-shaped moulds. Macarons are sweet meringue-based discs sandwiched with ganache, buttercream, or jam.
