About the dish

Our signature crème brûlée is infused with vibrant passion fruit. Topped with caramelised Demerara sugar. Accompanied by poached pineapple and a fresh mint leaf for a tropical burst and refreshing finish.

DRINKS

This requires a dessert wine with a more tropical flavour profile, such as Chateau Laulerie, however a Passion In Paris cocktail would also work very well. A French Macaron-tini would be a decadent fruity non-alc choice.

Crème Brûlée’s (meaning burnt cream) history dates back to 1691, but sometimes people believe the dessert is a replica of the Spanish Crème Catalana which dates back to the 1400’s. Made famous in Parisian bistros, this is possibly France’s most famous dessert.
