About the dish
A juicy 6oz beef burger, seasoned and grilled to perfection. Topped with flavourful red onion jam and melted slices of creamy Reblochon cheese, it's then nestled within a soft vegan brioche bun. Adorned with vegan truffle mayo, crisp baby gem lettuce, ripe tomato slices, and tangy pickled cucumber. Served alongside a generous portion of golden, crispy frites. For an extra treat, guests can add French streaky bacon.
