About the dish

This lean cut of beef is packed with flavour and chargrilled to perfection to ensure nice tender and juicy meat. Accompanied by a fresh herb salad consisting of pickled shallots, chervil, and parsley. Served with a generous portion of golden, crispy frites. We recommend selecting a sauce from our enticing options: garlic butter, Béarnaise sauce, green peppercorn sauce, black garlic jus, truffle hollandaise, wild mushroom sauce, or Café de Paris butter. Our chef recommends medium-rare for this steak.
