About the dish

This great cut of beef is packed with flavour and chargrilled to perfection to ensure tender meat. Accompanied by a fresh herb salad consisting of pickled shallots, chervil, and parsley. Served with a generous portion of golden, crispy frites. We recommend selecting a sauce from our enticing options: garlic butter, Béarnaise sauce, green peppercorn sauce, black garlic jus, truffle hollandaise, wild mushroom sauce, or Café de Paris butter. This wine is very popular and for good reason, it’s simply delicious with strong flavours such as steak. This rib-eye is more robust so therefore needs a wine with a stronger character, making this perfect.

Grass-fed, 30 day aged. All of our steaks are sourced from responsible cattle farms prepared in our own butchery. Ribeye tends to be the fattiest steak with lots of flavour, to get the most flavour and render the fat we recommend cooking it medium.
