About the dish

Perfectly seared 8oz sirloin steaks, seasoned with Maldon salt and pepper, served with crispy confit potatoes, Comté puddings, truffled cauliflower cheese, and tenderstem broccoli. Finished with a herb salad and rich black garlic jus.

6g Pickled shallots DK
