Merlot

The cut of this steak needs a red wine that won’t be too heavy and overpower the flavour, the Merlot is light enough to work with the steak, so they both do each other justice in flavour and texture.

A sirloin steak is from the mid-back between the ribs and rump. Grass-fed, 30 day aged. All of our steaks are sourced from responsible cattle farms prepared in our own butchery.
