About the dish

Minute steak is a staple dish in French cuisine. It’s quickly chargrilled to ensure a pink and juicy steak and paired with a flavourful garlic butter, accompanied by a fresh salad consisting of pickled shallots, chervil, and parsley. Served with a generous portion of golden, crispy frites.

The cut of this steak needs a red wine that won’t be too heavy and overpower the flavour, the Merlot is light enough to work with the steak, so they both do each other justice in flavour and texture.
