Description
A creamy, colourful dessert cocktail, inspired by the taste of an After Eight mint (a classic minty after-dinner treat, which is popular at Christmas time).
This cocktail takes inspiration from the Grasshopper cocktail, created in New Orleans. Vanilla Frappe mix gives us a sweeter base than cream, and enhances the ice-cream flavours in this drink.

25ml Crème de Menthe
25ml Norfolk Nog
