About the dish

Crushed meringue tossed with pistachio and white chocolate ganache, spiced poached clementines, dried raspberries, and a winter berry coulis. Topped with crushed pistachios.

This dessert would pair perfectly with either of our Christmas club cocktails, as the citrus and tart cranberry balance each other beautifully.

Eton Mess has many stories, but realistically all we know is that it was created at Eton, and ‘Mess’ refers to the dish's appearance. This dessert combines the French meringue with festive clementines and the beloved British classic pudding.
