3g Truffle Fries Oil SR

DRINKS

To balance the intense flavour of truffle, we need a white wine with some age, such as Trimbach’s Frédéric Emile Riesling, or a red with earthy truffle notes like La Bonne Dame Fleurie or Trimbach Pinot Noir. For a non-alcoholic option, try our new sweet and floral elderflower & apricot soda, which will complement the sweet pumpkin.

A variety of pumpkin soup originated in Haiti during their independence. It was designed to be a statement to French colonists, showing that the Haitian people could work together to create something new. The traditional version of this soup is called Soup Joumou.
