About the dish

Indulge in our Shredded Pork Belly, served on a bed of toasted brioche with warm red onion jam. Crowned with a fried egg, and seasoned to perfection with Maldon salt and cracked black pepper.

Bloody Mary 

A Bloody Mary is a good recommendation for  guests here, this dish packs a real flavour punch  and the spice and flavours of the Bloody Mary will  go brilliantly.


Coffee Latte 

A nice creamy latte is best served here, not only  does coffee go great with this kind of breakfast,  but the textures of the latte work really well  with the brioche.

This is a nice small breakfast. Guests might  like a pastry to have after or even some French  toast, yoghurt bowl.
