DRINKS
Mimosa
Something that is light, sparkling and a little bit sweet/fruity will compliment this brilliantly. Oh, hi mimosa ... welcome to the party.
Coffee Latte
A nice creamy latte is best served here, not only does coffee go great with French toast, but the textures of the latte work really well with the brioche.
SIDES
Why not suggest a nice warm pastry to have afterwards, for the guests who might still be a little peckish, some avocado toast or a yoghurt bowl for something more refreshing.
French toast is a dish of sliced bread soaked in beaten eggs, milk or cream then pan-fried. The French wording for French Toast is actually Pain Perdu, which translates as ‘lost bread’. We’re expanding our French Toast range to include three stacks – this version comes with fruit and vanilla crème fraîche.
