30g Peach & raspberry compote

100g Coconut yoghurt

4 each Fresh raspberries

8 each Blueberries

1 each Strawberry (cut into 6)

Mimosa

Something that is light, sparkling and a little bit  sweet/fruity will compliment this brilliantly. The  orange flavours will go well with the fruit that is  already present.


Cappuccino 

This is a light breakfast so you want a nice light  coffee to match. The cappuccino is small and not  too strong, so it won’t overpower the mild flavours  in the dish.

SIDES

Another great starter to a cooked breakfast or  French toast, can even be had before some avocado on toast.

This dish has been on GF menu for a while, it’s just transferring over to the breakfast menu for guests looking for a lighter choice.
