About the dish

Our savoury salad featuring cooked lardons, crisp baby gem lettuce, and red endive drizzled with creamy Caesar dressing. Topped with grated Comté cheese, cherry tomatoes, and a perfectly poached egg. Finished with crispy capers and panisse croûtes for added texture. Served with a garnish of delicate micro salad leaves.
