About the dish

This wine is just perfect for creamy dishes and have you seen that sauce? Chardonnays go exceptionally well with chicken (especially when char-grilled) and will compliment the earthy mushroom flavours.
Elderflower & Apricot Soda
The subtle sweetness you get from the elderflower flavours in this drink work really well with the chicken and earthy sauce. It won’t overpower anything, but will certainly bring it all together.

This dish will benefit from one of our gorgeous tomato salads, some Tenderstem Broccoli will work really well with the steak also.
