A very elegant wine that has some amazing flavours, on the nose you get aromas of black fruits and some subtle spice (which is common for a Syrah). It's not as heavy as some Syrahs tend to be making this wine truly indulgent. This wine is a Syrah from the northern Rhône valley. This therefore makes it lighter, more crisp and higher in acidity than our wines from the southern Rhône. The wine has more complexity due to its longer growing season and has black fruit flavours.
