This wine is smooth and rich in tannins, creating a deep purple violet colour wine. You get aromas of damsons and black fruits along with a subtle spice. The wine is aged in barrels and you get a slight oak aroma and taste with the wine. Although traditionally known as being from Argentina the malbec grape was actually one of Bordeaux’s original grapes and has been growing well there for centuries.
