Crisp baby gem lettuce, tender baby spinach, and refreshing cucumber tossed together with creamy avocado and tangy pickled shallots. Drizzled with our signature Côte dressing for a burst of flavour and garnished with fragrant tarragon leaves. Finished with a sprinkle of micro salad and a pinch of salt, this salad is a vibrant and nourishing delight.
Ingredients
½ each Baby Gem lettuce – cut into 3 wedges
10g Baby spinach
10ml Côte dressing
3g Pickled shallots
30g Cucumber, peeled & diced
¼ each Avocado – peeled & diced
1g Tarragon leaves
pinch of salt
2g Micro salad
