This Champagne is elegant and smooth. With a balanced bouquet of aromas which include notes of stone-fruits, white flowers, brioche and gingerbread.

The family champagne house of JM Gobillard et Fils cultivates about 25 hectares of vines, mostly in the Premier Cru vineyard of Hautvillers. This Champagne 'Gobillard' is situated in the heart of the Champagne region just 5km from Epernay.

This Champagne is perfect as an apéritif on its own, due to its elegant nature it goes well with our 'for the table' or light starters (especially fish). It can't stand up to strong flavours so subtlety is best here.
