Description

This sparkling wine has a refined palate and a powerful nose with aromas of apple, melon & pear. The term Crémant is
used to describe sparkling wines from France that are made using the exact same method as Champagne, but outside the Champagne region.
It comes from Burgundy, a region of western France that produces some of the country’s best wines Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes, in particular, thrive in this region.

Food Recommendation

This robust wine is beautiful as an aperitif, but it can stand up well to flavourful food. Anything bland will be lost to this powerful wine, but flavourful fish and poultry dishes – and especially red berry or chocolate desserts – will enhance the gourmet bubbles in this bottle.

Dishes that go particularly well:

  • Poulet Breton Roti

  • Camembert

  • Chocolate Fondant
