Description
The wine producers have managed to create a very special wine here, one that is well rounded, full bodied and smooth. You get aromas of vanilla and green apple as well as a heavy oak smell too. The addition of Semillon adds a richer and riper flavour than the Sauvignon. This wine is oak aged which adds a lot more character to the wine.

Food Recommendation
This wine has a good depth about it and can stand up to more hearty dishes. It has a surprisingly creamy texture and therefore goes well with some creamy sauces and dishes. It works very well with pork, meatier fish and seafood.
