Description
This wine has got high acidity despite the warm region the grapes are grown in, this particular grape is notorious for creating a crisp, fresh & acidic wine. You get aromas of citrus, melon and pineapple with similar flavours. The name of this wine translates as ‘Lip Stinger’ which refers to the high acidity in the wine.
Probably the most acidic wine we sell at Côte (for guests who like a dry white).
Food Recommendation
This wine has a high acidity so needs to be matched with dishes that will compliment that. Avoid creamy dishes and sauces, it goes well with chicken and fish dishes especially ones that have an oil based dressing or are naturally quite oily.
Dishes that go particularly well:
Tuna Nicoise
Poulet Breton Roti
