Description

Although this wine is a Chardonnay it actually comes from Languedoc which is quite unusual. You get aromas of tropical fruits, melon and pineapple. Pays d'Oc are the wines that are made in a large area on the southern coast of France. The catchment area for the IGP corresponds roughly to the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region – one of the largest wine growing areas in France.

Côte exclusive.

Food Recommendation

This Chardonnay (much like the others) is creamy in texture and should match dishes alike. It has lots of flavours of citrus and tropical fruit and pairs wonderfully with chicken, fish dishes, earthy flavours, creamy textures and sauces.

Dishes that go particularly well:

  • Poulet Breton (especially with the mushroom sauce)

  • Crab Maison

  • Fish Parmentier
