Description
This is a top quality Chardonnay that is well respected in France with aromas of tropical fruit and butter. Premier cru is a French language wine term corresponding to "First Growth", and which can be used to refer to classified vineyards, wineries and wines, with different meanings in different wine regions. Premier cru being the second highest classification level, below that of grand cru.
Food Recommendation
This Chardonnay is more mature flavour. It pairs wonderfully with rich seafood, earthy truffle flavours, chicken and fish dishes, and creamy textures and sauces.
