Description
This enticing Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc/Muscadelle blend is a wonderfully balanced and beautifully textured wine with mouthwatering flavours of grapefruit and gooseberry. Aromas of gooseberry, fresh cut grass and grapefruit are predominant.
Sauvignon Blanc grape for this wine is grown between the river Garonne and Gironde in Bordeaux. This wine is more complex in flavour although still fresh with classic Sauvignon Blanc notes.
Food Recommendation
This wine has a good acidity with lots of mineral notes. It's fresh, crisp and refreshing and is best matched with chicken dishes (especially with a oil based dressings), pork dishes and seafood such as calamari.
