Description

A lot of care and attention goes into making this wine, the Chardonnay grape is very well respected in this vineyard. With strong aromas of tropical fruit, cream and butter. You also get a strong aroma of oak on the nose from where it has been aged in oak barrels. This vineyard was established in 1956 by the Tricon family. Since 1998, Oliver Tricon has been managing the vineyard following the same traditions of his family.

Food Recommendation

This wine is a Chardonnay which means another creamy textured wine. It pairs wonderfully with chicken and fish dishes, earthy flavours and creamy textures and sauces.

Dishes that go particularly well:

  • Fish Parmentier

  • Poulet Breton (especially with the mushroom sauce)

  • Crab Maison
